The Bosnia and Herzegovina Premier League, also known as the BH Telecom Premier League, is the top professional football league in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was established in 2000 after the country gained independence from Yugoslavia. The league consists of 12 teams that compete in a round-robin format, playing each other twice throughout the season. The most successful teams in the league's history are FK Sarajevo and FK Željezničar, both based in the capital city of Sarajevo.
