Amiens Sporting Club, commonly known as Amiens, is a professional soccer club based in Amiens, France. The club was founded in 1901 and has a rich history in French football. Amiens has primarily competed in the lower divisions of French football for much of its existence, but in recent years, they have enjoyed success and earned promotion to Ligue 1, the top tier of French football, for the first time in their history in 2017. The club's home venue is the Stade de la Licorne, which has a capacity of around 12,000 spectators.
