ASEC Mimosas is a prominent soccer club based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Founded in 1948, the club has a rich history and is one of the most successful teams in Ivorian football. ASEC Mimosas has won the Ivorian Premier Division a record 26 times, establishing themselves as the dominant force in domestic football. ASEC Mimosas is affectionately known as "Les Mimosas" due to the yellow mimosa flowers that bloom in Abidjan.
