CS Petrocub is a Moldovan football club based in Hîncești. Founded in 1995, the club has steadily risen through the ranks of Moldovan football. Petrocub's major accomplishment came in the 2018-2019 season when they clinched their first-ever Moldovan National Division title, finishing ahead of traditional powerhouses like Sheriff Tiraspol and FC Dacia Chișinău. The club plays its home matches at the Stadionul Orășenesc in Hîncești. Petrocub is affectionately known as "The Green-Whites" due to their green and white team colors. The club has gained a reputation for its strong youth development system, nurturing talented players who have gone on to represent the national team.
