FC Milsami is a Moldovan football club based in Orhei. Founded in 2005, the club has quickly risen through the ranks of Moldovan football. Milsami's major accomplishment came in the 2014-2015 season when they won their first and only Moldovan National Division title. This success allowed them to participate in the UEFA Champions League qualifiers, where they faced notable opponents such as Ludogorets Razgrad and Skënderbeu Korçë.
