Johor Darul Ta'zim FC, commonly known as JDT, is a Malaysian football club based in Johor Bahru. Established in 1972, the club has a rich history and has become one of the most successful clubs in Malaysian football. JDT plays their home matches at the Tan Sri Dato' Haji Hassan Yunos Stadium, also known as Larkin Stadium. The club has won the Malaysian Super League title a record-breaking seven times consecutively from 2014 to 2020, showcasing their dominance in domestic football. JDT has also achieved success in the AFC Cup, winning the tournament in 2015, becoming the first Malaysian club to do so. The club's nickname, "Southern Tigers," represents their strong presence in the southern region of Malaysia.
