Odense BK, also known as OB, is a Danish professional soccer club based in Odense, Denmark. Founded in 1887, OB is one of the oldest clubs in Danish football history. The team plays their home matches at the Nature Energy Park, formerly known as TRE-FOR Park. OB has a rich history and has achieved several notable accomplishments. They have won the Danish Superliga title three times, in 1977, 1982, and 1989. Additionally, they have won the Danish Cup five times, with their most recent victory in 2007. The club is affectionately known as "De Stribede" which translates to "The Striped Ones" in English. This nickname is derived from the team's traditional striped kit. An interesting fact about OB is that they have a strong youth academy, which has produced several talented players who have gone on to represent both the club and the Danish national team.
