Rijeka is a Croatian football club based in the city of Rijeka. Founded in 1946, the club has a rich history in Croatian football. Rijeka has had success in domestic competitions, winning the Croatian First Football League on three occasions, in 1974–75, 2016–17, and 2019–20. They have also been runners-up in the Croatian Cup on six occasions. The club's home venue is the Stadion Rujevica, which has a seating capacity of around 8,279 spectators. Rijeka is commonly known as "The Whites" due to their traditional white home kit. The club has a strong fan base and enjoys a fierce rivalry with Hajduk Split, another prominent Croatian club.
