The club has a rich and storied past, having won the Swiss Super League 17 times, with their most recent triumph coming in the 1998-1999 season. Servette has also lifted the Swiss Cup on seven occasions, the last of which was in the 2000-2001 season. The club's home venue is the Stade de Genève, a modern stadium with a capacity of over 30,000 spectators. Servette's nickname is "Les Grenats," which refers to the club's traditional red and white colors.
